Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I buy a Felicity Cooper dress?

The FC collection is available through our stockists (details on the main menu bar), through a ‘meet the designer’ event or directly with our head office.

Do you do rush orders?

If your wedding date is sooner than the time we typically need (6 months) you will need to discuss your options info@felicitycooper.co.uk or speak to your local stockist.

If ordering online, what size should I order?

If you are ordering by direct sale we have a great system in place to make you feel as confident and comfortable as possible. What we do is send you a measurement sheet showing you what measurements we need and how to take them. Using your measurements we determine the best size for you, we can also organise a WhatsApp video call with one of our design team to explain it all or even take the measurements with you.

What is the ordering process? How far in advance do I need to order my gown?

Once you have decided on the perfect dress we take a 50% non-refundable deposit. We ask for 6 months advance ordering to be able to guarantee delivery of your dress (unless otherwise specified).

Do you deliver worldwide?

We will firstly put you in contact with your nearest stockist so that hopefully you can try on the dress and purchase directly from them. But if this is not possible then yes, we deliver worldwide. Prices differ per country depending on transport costs and import duties, please contact your stockist or info@felicitycooper.co.uk

Where do I find my nearest stockist?

Please use the stockist’s page on our website to see if we have one near you, if not, please contact us directly to discuss your options.

What is the price range of Felicity Cooper gowns?

The cost of our dresses differs from country to country depending on import taxes and duties. Please email your closest stockists for more details or email info@felicitycooper.co.uk

Will I need alterations?

We will make the dress as close to your current size as possible, based on a standard size chart, either based on the sample that you try on with our stockist or using your body measurements. Most dresses will require alterations to give it a perfect fit for the big day.

What is a ‘Meet the Designer’ Event?

As we do not have a flagship boutique, Fiona Cooper, the designer of the Felicity Cooper brand, hosts designer events in and around Manchester, here you can have private 1.5-hour appointments with Fiona, view the collections, discuss design changes and create your dream bohemian dress.

Should I bring anything to the ‘Meet the Designer’ Event?

If you already have the shoes and/or undergarments that you intend to wear on the big day then please bring them, along with anything else you’d like to wear on the day that you have already purchased. We have a selection of veils and hair vines that complement our dresses which you can try at your appointment.
